Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

- Requests from the administrator to complete their personal data,
- Requests from the administrator to delete your data to the extent that they will no longer be needed for the purposes for which they were processed, or if their further processing is not justified, i.e. art. 6 clause 1 GDPR.

In accordance with the Act on the protection of personal data, we provide all Website Users with the opportunity to view their data and correct it. This is possible after logging in to our Store’s website at www.smalltronic.pl.
Customers’ personal data is collected in order to run the Store, and in particular:
- Adapt services to the needs of customers,
- Handling the account registration and login process,
- Execution of orders and services available through the store,
- Ensure the proper functioning of the Store,
- Conclusion and performance of the product sales contract (including delivery) and complaint handling,
- Sending an information bulletin to the provided e-mail address (newsletter).

Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties in order to perform the order and fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Seller.
