Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

  • Obtaining confirmation from the administrator as to whether your personal data is being processed or stored,
  • Obtaining access to your personal data from the administrator,
  • Requests from the administrator to correct personal data that is incorrect,
  • Requests from the administrator to complete their personal data,
  • Requests from the administrator to delete your data to the extent that they will no longer be needed for the purposes for which they were processed, or if their further processing is not justified, i.e. art. 6 clause 1 GDPR.

In the event that the processing of personal data by the Seller violates the provisions, including the Personal Data Protection Regulation, you have, as the data subject, the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

In accordance with the Act on the protection of personal data, we provide all Website Users with the opportunity to view their data and correct it. This is possible after logging in to our Store’s website at www.smalltronic.pl.

Customers’ personal data is collected in order to run the Store, and in particular:

  • Adapt services to the needs of customers,
  • Handling the account registration and login process,
  • Execution of orders and services available through the store,
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the Store,
  • Conclusion and performance of the product sales contract (including delivery) and complaint handling,
  • Sending an information bulletin to the provided e-mail address (newsletter).

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area to a third country or international organization. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties in order to perform the order and fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Seller. The content of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum.
